Friends of Campbell Library (FoCaL), is a voluntary organization established in 1996.

FoCaL is bound together by a shared recognition of the essential role libraries play in the education of tomorrow's citizens and leaders.

FoCaL incorporates every part of the Rowan University community-- students, faculty, alumnae/i campus organizations, community patrons, businesses and civic groups into an organization that will help Campbell Library grow into the future.

FoCaL values the resources provided by the Library and wishes to promote its development as an exceptional, up-to-date research facility.

FoCaL aims to spread the news of the Library's many resources within the campus walls and throughout the electronic community and provide the extras-events and services; special collections and exhibits; programs and activities beyond the reach of the College budget.
