Selection tools help Rowan University faculty locate titles of books, journals and other resources to suggest for Library acquisition.
Gobi3 Alerts for Faculty
Gobi3 Alerts are book title selections that are emailed to you by our book vendor, Yankee Book Peddler [YBP]. The alerts are based on your subject area profile, which is setup for you by your department's library liaison. Faculty can recommend any title for the library to purchase for its book collection. There is no need to submit paper order forms, as online selection and ordering is available. Please email any titles that are not found in your Gobi3 Alerts to your library liaison; they will be retrieved for you.
Your Gobi3 profile will make it easier for you to select books that are newly published in your discipline. The Gobi3 Alerts can be emailed to you weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on your preference. For more information, please contact your library liaison.
