Professor David Bianculli will present TV Transforms: The Evolution of Quality Television in the Campbell Library Performing Arts Collection. “Based on his recent book The Platinum Age of Television, David Bianculli will lead a short video guided tour on some significant turning points in the evolution of quality TV, from The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Lou Grant to Twin Peaks, and maybe even a peek into TV's near future.” The event celebrates National Library Week and the theme Libraries Transform!
