Starting Monday, June 27 you may notice a green or red button on the upper right side of the RowanSOM Library's website. This is a chat button that when green RowanSOM, KHS, and Rutgers-Stratford users can use to chat immediately with a member of the RowanSOM Library staff. You will also see an "Ask Us" slider or button on many of our guides that will take you to the chat service as well when it is online.
During times when chat is not available the button will be red and buttons or sliders to the chat service will link to the RowanSOM LIbrary's Ask a Librarian email form where you may ask a question and get a reply normally within 24 hours or less, excluding weekends and holidays.
The hours the chat service will be available are:
Monday – Thursday, 9am to 8pm
Fridays, 9am to 5pm
Saturdays, 10am to 4pm
Sundays, 1pm to 7pm
Use the chat service to ask about books in the library, library services and hours, and simple reference questions. For more extensive or complex reference questions, or research request we ask that you contact the libary by phone (856 566-6800) or by email.
