Opening Doors: Contemporary African American Academic Surgeons Exhibit

The Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine’s Health Sciences Library has an exhibit starting today, January 8th, through Feb. 17th, titled: Opening Doors: Contemporary African American Academic Surgeons.

Opening Doors celebrates the contributions of African American academic surgeons to medicine and medical education. It tells the stories of four pioneering African American surgeons and educators who exemplify excellence in their fields and believe in continuing the journey of excellence through the education and mentoring of younger physicians and surgeons.”

We invite you to visit this wonderful exhibit from the National Library of Medicine. It is available for viewing during regular library hours.
