The new PubMed was officially launched the week of May 18, and is now the default view when users go to PubMed. The new version of PubMed had been in a soft launch or beta version until mid-May, and many regular users of PubMed have been using the new version for some time. The new PubMed incorporates many new and enhanced features and a new layout that improves navigation and accessibility. For more information on the new PubMed see NLM’s PubMed FAQ.
The Rowan Libraries have also launched a new service to coincide with the new PubMed. LibKey Link is a new service that allow for faster and easier access to articles when searching PubMed. Rowan users should always access PubMed through links on the Rowan University Libraries' websites. Using links from our websites is the only way to ensure full access to ejournals subscribed to by the Rowan Universities Libraries.
