Room Reservations are Coming Back for the Small Study Rooms.

July 6, 2021

Beginning Monday, July 12 resevations will be rquired to use the 4 small study room (A, B, C, D) in the RowanSOM Library.  The policy of reserving of the study rooms was suspended while COVID occupancy and social distancing restructions were in place.  Now that most restrictions have been lifted reservations will be required again to use the small study room located at the back of the RowanSOM Library.

The room reservation policy is unchanged from 2019:

Only RowanSOM and GSBS students may reserve and use study rooms. Suggested occupancy is no more than 4 people to a room, and study rooms are not soundproof. Reservations are made in 30-minute increments for a maximum of two (2) consecutive hours per day, per user. This may be extended up to an additional 2 hours in the last 30 minutes of a reservation by an in-person request at the Library service desk, or through chat, pending availabilty.  All room occupants must present Rown ID if requested.

The 2 larger rooms (E and F) in the computer lab area area not reservable by students and are avaiable on a first come, first served basis and are meant to be used by multiple students.
