As we plan for Rowan University Libraries’ future, it is important that we understand the perceptions and expectations of our campus community so that we can provide the services and resources that you need to be successful.
LibQUAL is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries to measure library service quality and identify best practices. To date, it has been taken by over 1 million users at over 1000 libraries throughout the world!
We ask you to please take the time to complete the Web survey. Your participation will help us better understand your expectations as we strive to meet and exceed your needs now and in the future.
In order to be eligable for one of the two prizes you can submit your e-mail address at the end of the survey. The drawing is not linked to your survey, which is anonymous. Remember: only students are eligible for prizes. State ethics laws do not permit faculty or staff to accept a prize.
