Relax at the Library - Guided Imagery Meditation

Inhale, Exhale. During Finals Week enjoy some relaxation at the Library.  Look for the following free events or stop in during the week and check out the de-stress table.  Thank you to the Wellness Center for sponsoring these events.

Thursday, December 13th from 2:30 - 3:30 pm Room 226 - Guided Imagery Meditation

Monday, December 17th from 3:00 - 4:00 pm  Main Floor - "Paws for a Break" (therapy dogs)

Monday, December 17th from 8:00 - 9:00 pm Room 226 - Paint and Tea (first 20 students)

Tuesday, December 18th from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Room 226 - Free Yoga class!
