Library Training and Classes

Hope Brings Strength Librarians provide training on a wide variety of topics. Individual and group sessions may be scheduled and training on any topic can be easily integrated into the curriculum or a specific course. Training is available to Rowan-Virtua SOM students, faculty, and staff, graduate and nursing students based on the Stratford campus, volunteer faculty, and eligible residents from affiliated institutions.  Librarians are available to conduct training during the week, between 8am and 9pm. The selected courses listed below provide an overview of topics for which training can be scheduled.  Classes can be customized to suit the needs of an individual or group.

All Rowan University students, faculty, and staff also have access to LinkedIn Learning.  LinkedIn Learning provides online access to courses on computer software, business skills, IT, web design, audio/video tools and much more.  Log in with your Rowan NetID to access this rich resource.

Rowan University IRT also provides training for Rowan University staff and students on specialized applications used at Rowan University.  See the IRT Training Resources web page for more information.
