We have transitioned our services to better support your teaching methods and meet your students’ needs.
Print Reserve Materials
Should you want the library to reserve a text that you require students to use, we will make it available for shortened loan periods, holding it at the Circulation/Reserves desk on the first floor of Campbell Library. If the book is in our collection, use this form so we can process it for you: http://www.lib.rowan.edu/services/course-reserves/request_form
If it is your own copy, please bring it to the Circulation/Reserves desk so that we can enter it into the catalog for students to find.
Electronic Reserve Materials
All E-Reserves are now delivered through Blackboard. It is easy to set up a course even if you are new to Blackboard: http://ats.rowan.edu/lms/kb/how-request-blackboard-course?destination=node/171
You are also welcome to contact Eileen Stutzbach: Stutzbach@rowan.edu She provides training for faculty new to Blackboard.
Campbell Library subscribes to over 400 databases of scholarly articles, newspapers, and other sources. If you want your students to read or use a particular article from this wealth of information, you can link directly to an article for easy student access.
Should you require students to use other material from a book or journal, please send us the information so that we can scan it and post it to Blackboard. Copyright standards inform this process: http://www.lib.rowan.edu/services/course-reserves/request_form
