New Reference Services Model

The Campbell Library Research & Instruction Services department has launched a new service model. Student assistants will staff the second floor service desk on weekdays to handle directional and printing questions, allowing reference librarians to be available on-call for research and technical questions. Reference questions may still be submitted by phone at 856-256-4801; you will be transferred to the librarian on call. Adjunct librarians will continue to staff the desk on weekends.

There are a variety of other ways to contact librarians for help.  Scroll through existing questions, or submit a new question via text message or email using the Ask-a-Librarian system.

If you require help in a specific subject area, visit the Liaison Program page to find the appropriate subject librarian and his or her contact information. Librarians are happy to set up appointments to meet with you in their offices for research consultations.
